Frequently Asked Questions

How far is the hotel from the town centre and from the bus station?
The hotel is located in the centre, a 4-minute walk from the Aqueduct, 400 metres from the end of the Aqueduct Avenue, and in front of the bus station.

Does the hotel provide transfer service from thetrain station?
No. But you can take bus no. 12 just 50 metres from the hotel and and get off at the stop in front of the police station.

Does the hotel have parking?
You can load and unload your luggage in front of the hotel door. Underground parking is available 40 metres from the hotel with special rates for our guests.

Check-in policy and Check-out policy?
Check in: From 2 pm / Check out: Before 12 noon. If you wish to check out late, please check with the reception beforehand.

Does the hotel have any insurance policy?
The hotel has a Civil Liability Insurance to cover our guests for incidents happened in the hotel facilities.
Is there any health center in town?
The Gneral Hospital of Segovia is located at 700 meters from the hotel.
Do you offer smoking rooms?
The rooms are non-smoking.

Do you have cots for babies?
Yes, the price per night is 8 Euros VAT included. Check availability.

Can I get an upgrade on the reserved room upon arrival?
Yes, subject to availability and a supplement. You will be informed at the reception.

Are there TV channels offered in the rooms?
All national channels are offered, plus 2 regional channels and 3 international channels such as BBC, ZDF and Eurosport.

Where can I store my valuables?
In the safe at the reception.

Is there good mobile phone coverage in the hotel?
Both the mobile phone coverage and wifi are excellent.

Cancellation policy:
If you cancel less than a day before your arrival, you will be charged 100% of the first night. Except Easter, National Long Weekends and Saturdays, cancelling less than 3 days before arrival will cost you 100% of the first night.
No shows: you will be charged 100% of the reservation

Is there a children's menu?
We do not have any children's menu, but in our menu, you can find some options for children in our first and second courses.

What meal options does the hotel offer if we have not booked them?
Buffet assisted breakfast at the Restaurant from 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. or assisted breakfast of your choice in the Café from 8:00 a.m. Lunch in the dining hall: from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Dinner in the dining hall: from 8:45 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
Lunch and Dinner: Menu in the Restaurant.

Can I change the booked dinner for lunch?
Usually yes, but it is convenient to consult at the reception one day in advance before 8:00 p.m.

Can I eat a la carte if I have booked the Full Board or Half Board?
Yes, with a supplement of € 15 per person and meal.

My stay coincides with a birthday / anniversary, can you organize anything for me?
Inform us upon arrival or in advance and we can organize a celebration of your choice, from decorating the room, a special meal, a party, a bouquet of flowers, a cake or simply a bottle of cava with canapés.

Where is the tourism office?
It is a 4-minute walk from the hotel, in the Plaza del Acueducto.
Depending on the season, the tourist office sometimes opens at the bus station, a 1-minute walk from the hotel.
