How far is the Hotel from the town center and the bus station?
The Hotel is very central, walking 4 minutes from the Aqueduct, 400 meters, at the end of Avenida del Acueducto and in front of the bus station.

Does the Hotel provide transfer from the High Speed Station?
No. But taking bus number 12 and getting off at the stop in front of the police station, it is just 50 meters from the hotel.

Does the hotel have parking?
For loading and unloading luggage, in front of the hotel door. Underground parking 40 meters away with special rates for our clients.

Check-in (entry time) and Check-out (departure time) policy?
Check in: After 2:00 p.m. / Check out: Before 12:00 p.m. If you wish to postpone your departure, consult reception in advance.

Does the Hotel have any insurance that covers clients?
The Hotel has a Civil Liability Insurance that covers clients for various causes originating within its facilities.

We do not have any children's menu, but in our menu of 4 first courses and 4 second courses, you will be able to find an option for children.

What meal option does the Hotel offer, if we have not contracted them?
Assisted breakfast buffet in the Restaurant from 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., or assisted breakfast of your choice in the Cafeteria from 8:00 a.m. Lunch in the dining room: from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Dinner in the dining room: from 8:45 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
Lunch and Dinner: Menu in the Restaurant.

Can I change the contracted dinner for lunch?
Usually yes, but it is advisable to ask in advance at the Reception the day before before 8:00 p.m.

Does my stay coincide with a name day/anniversary, what can you organize for me?
Let us know upon arrival or in advance and we can organize a celebration of your choice, from decorating the room "Romantic" type, a special Meal, a Party, a Bouquet of Flowers, a Cake or simply a bottle of Cava with canapés.

Where is the tourism office?
It is a 4-minute walk from the hotel, in the Plaza del Acueducto.
In seasons, the tourist office at the bus station is also open, a 1-minute walk from the hotel.
